At Pawooz, we take pride in the quality and care of our products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, this Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and options.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Be requested within the valid return window

  • Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)


2. Return Request Timeframe

Customers must initiate a return request within 14 days of the delivery date. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.


3. How to Initiate a Return

Include the following:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if applicable)

  • Confirmation of product condition

We will respond within 2–3 business days with further instructions.


4. Approval & Authorization

No item should be returned without our written authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded. Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions and the correct return address (varies by fulfillment warehouse).


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.


6. Items That Are Non-Returnable

We do not accept returns on the following:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page

  • Products damaged by customer misuse or accidents


7. Exchanges

We currently do not support direct product exchanges. If you would like a different size or product, please place a new order and initiate a return for the original item if eligible.


8. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Then contact us at support@pawooz.com

We will investigate and assist promptly.


10. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the product listing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.


11. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped. If the order has already been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled. To request a cancellation, contact support@pawooz.com as soon as possible.


12. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is refused upon delivery or marked undeliverable due to incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional return shipping and re-shipment fees. Refunds may be issued minus applicable fees.


13. Customs Duties & International Orders

Pawooz is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or delays imposed by your country’s import regulations. International orders are eligible for returns following the same process, but return shipping costs may be higher.


14. Refunds for Bundle or Discounted Items

If you return part of a discounted bundle or promotional offer, the refund will reflect the value after recalculating the order without the promotion. For example, if returning one item from a "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" deal, the refund is adjusted accordingly.


15. Refund Method

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not offer refunds via store credit or alternate methods unless required by law.


16. Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to reject returns suspected of abuse or fraud, including excessive return activity or intentional misuse of our policy.


17. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring:

  • Accurate shipping address

  • Proper handling of product during return

  • Following return instructions provided by our support team
